This home's design takes inspiration from both the client and from the site. Uniquely located on top of a bluff above Newport Harbor, this home has commanding views of the harbor entrance, Catalina, Newport Peninsula, and Pacific Ocean. The home’s design has elements of symmetry that are layered with other modern elements. This home takes advantage of an expansive view in the rear with large skyframe sliding door systems that are fully automated and with a thin 3/4" wide frame. The home also incorporates a bison decking system on its 12'+ cantilever rear deck which brings the indoor flooring all the way to the outside with no slope and a hidden flush track for the sliding doors.
