The design concept was based around balancing an exotic car collection and pull-through driveway with the need to elevate the home out of the existing grade to better match the surrounding, higher context. In addition to these concepts, we wanted to mitigate the perceived mass of the home and hide a majority of the garage doors and vehicular circulation as well as provide privacy and security.
