Newport Beach, CA

This development project converted a single underdeveloped lot into 3 separate underlying parcels. With it came three entirely different designs. There is a Cape Cod inspired home on the corner, a contemporary Cabo inspired home in the middle, and a Mid-Century Modern inspired home at the end. All homes have personal and custom touches throughout that help differentiate and personalize the home to a variety of end users. All homes take advantage of open concepts, large sliding glass door systems, and large roof decks.

Throughout the home, An open concept with a seamless transition between the interior and exterior makes this narrow waterfront lot feel spacious.

Photorealistic renders ensure clear communication and productive dialogue as the design moves forward.

A multifunctional interior trellis comprised of slender OAK WOOD slats divides the staircase while serving as a handrail system.

WOODEN FLOORING, FURNISHINGS AND EXPOSED BEAMS PROVIDE WARMTH to the space.

expansive sliding glass doors welcome ample amounts of nourishing natural light and coastal breeze into the home.

A rotational trellis echoes the home's exterior design while subtly creating a functional yet beautiful way to adjust privacy for the bath.
