Designed around outdoor living and entertaining, a large expansive great room, kitchen and dining room all open to the rear of the property with a large covered patio and views of Catalina Island beyond. Additionally, every space was specifically designed with the homeowners personal use for their young growing families needs. For example, the sunken basement opens to a small courtyard, making the space feel more open while still providing a multi-use room for movies, learning and crafts.
The entry is designed to welcome guests with its touches of wood and warm stone that carries from the outside in. Upon entry, guests are greeted with an immediate view of the ocean.
Warm and inviting with its dropped ceiling, the kitchen is a true showroom design that serves as a focal point between the living room and dining room.

Natural materials blend perfectly together to create this spacious getaway with views and direct access to the spa and pool outside.
The central bath tub and shower were designed to have a constant view of the water along with lots of natural light to fill the space.
