This contemporary farmhouse offers views of the Pacific Ocean, Buck Gully Reserve and night lights of Fashion Island. The smooth plaster and metal roof are accented with stained wood eaves. The ground level not only houses the maid quarters and garage, but is designed for entertainment. A home theater, a sports bar, living room and game table open to the infinity pool and entertainment yard. The coastal design incorporates a gourmet kitchen featuring a large island, butler's pantry, and a two-story glass wine installment which separates the dining room and reaches to the ground level sports bar.

The front deck takes advantage of the Southwest views of the Pacific and creates a cozy retreat with the firepit.

The rear balcony overlooks the pool and entertainment yard, with views of Buck Gully and Fashion Island. This main floor consists of three bedroom suites all with bathrooms and custom walk-in closets.
