Perched on a hillside in Newport Coast, this Santa Barbara style estate has incredible views, overlooking Newport Harbor, Catalina, all the way to Malibu. Allowing each space in the home to capture the sunshine was a large challenge of the design. A sunken courtyard provides the light for the lowest level. The living space and master suite over look the large rear yard pool.
