Acacia II
Corona Del Mar, CAThis transitional cape cod duplex is located on an interior lot. The natural shingles are complemented with white painted wood panels, trim with some stone accents on the chimney, and yard features. The dramatic front exterior includes a round tower with transoms, an eyebrow with arch window above the master suite, and a trellis for light cover of the balcony.
In response to the limited width at the street, we designed a soft, curved turret accentuating the entry while providing an interior niche for the bathtub.
