Bayadere I
Newport Beach, CAThis contemporary home is located on a blufftop in the coveted Irvine Terrace Community. Due to the strict height requirement to maintain neighboring views, the objective for this project was to build a contemporary home with as much volume and open space in order to maximize the harbor views while maintaining a sense of privacy and warmth.
The entry sequence was an important part of the design and the goal was to provide privacy from the street but once inside the gate to move guest through a series of space while showcase the architectural movement of the home.
