Are you a talented Interior Designer with entrepreneurial ambitions and the drive to help build something extraordinary? We are looking for a visionary professional to expand our team and join our interior design studio. This is an invitation to be a cornerstone of a growing discipline, bridging the gap between architecture and curated interiors. If you are a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of interior architecture and FF&E. If you excel at bringing concepts to life through 3D visualization and detailed documentation while thriving in a culture of integrity and collaboration, this is your platform.

The Ideal Candidate

A successful candidate will be a visionary designer with a deep understanding of high-end custom residential interiors and a commitment to architectural integrity. We are looking for an individual with 7+ years of experience who is technically masterful, artistically driven, and capable of navigating complex projects through every phase, from initial concept to construction administration and furniture installation. You should be a proactive, collaborative partner with a positive outlook, possessing the "big picture" technical knowledge, including Revit proficiency and sophisticated architectural detailing to create integrated design solutions. Your passion for luxury aesthetics is matched only by your organizational precision and your ability to translate high-level concepts into the meticulous visualizations and construction documents that define our firm’s excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Interior Designer will act as a vital bridge between conceptual artistry and technical execution. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with the Principal Interior Designer and Architects to develop and document sophisticated design solutions, moving from conceptual concepts to the creation of comprehensive interior construction documents. You will be a specialist in technical precision, utilizing BIM/Revit to execute floor plans, elevations, details and schedules, while also translating design ideas into photorealistic renderings and presentation packages.

Your role is deeply collaborative and tactile; you will work closely with the architectural team to ensure a unified design language, while taking a lead role in the selection, specification, and procurement of FF&E from fabrics, finishes, furniture and lighting. You are a steward of the client experience, building trust-based relationships through presentations and a profound understanding of their aspirations. Finally, you will oversee your work by coordinating with consultants, conducting site visits to ensure our high standards of craftsmanship are met along with managing logistics for decorative installations.

Qualifications

A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture and brings 7+ years of experience within a high-end custom interior design or architectural firm. You possess deep expertise in residential construction techniques and space planning, coupled with comprehensive finish selections, specifications, the ability to translate sophisticated aesthetics into construction documents and procurement of FF&E. As a specialist of technical precision, it would be preferable to be proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. Beyond your technical talent, you are a proactive and positive team player with the organizational strength to multitask across multiple high-end projects while maintaining accuracy. Ultimately, you are a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and shares our unwavering commitment to integrity, professional growth, and the pursuit of excellence.
