Brandon Architects

is a talented, diverse, and motivated group of designers who have been influencing the communities of Newport Beach, coastal Orange County, and beyond since 2009. Our youthful and inspired approach to the design process has afforded us a vast variety of projects ranging from high-end custom residential to modern custom luxury boutique hotels. We take a holistic approach with each project, evaluating the needs of the client with the constraints of a site to determine appropriate and unique solutions that exceed expectations. Great design is achieved through a creative process and implemented using today’s latest 3D/BIM project execution tools. Brandon Architects is a collaborative and fast paced environment, and members of the team often take on multiple responsibilities at once, allowing for constant sharing of new perspectives. In addition, our smart design process explores available sustainable techniques and technologies to present green and socially responsible architecture in an affordable manner.

PROJECT ARCHITECT / SENIOR DESIGNER

Are you a creative and entrepreneurial designer looking for more? Brandon Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Senior Designer. Our goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of luxury living and we’re looking for the right talent to help us grow in the world of Design. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of creating unique and innovative designs, providing supporting detailing, and effectively managing custom residential projects through all phases of design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience within an Architecture firm.
Licensed Architect preferred
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree from a U.S. accredited Architecture school.
Strong fluency in Building Information Modeling (Revit)
Graphic and presentation skills (both hand and digital), along with design software knowledge (Autodesk Products, Adobe Applications, Bluebeam, etc.)
Experience with residential building and zoning codes regulations in Southern California.
Significant experience as a leader, and collaboration skills for managing projects and team members.
A drive to constantly learn, improve and contribute to the evolution of the firm and junior staff.
Passion for high-end residential design with expectations of excellence and client satisfaction.
Aptitude to adjust between conceptual design, construction document preparation, and project delivery.
Understanding of entitlement processes and experience with Single Family Residential projects
Understanding of all design phases and related coordination (internally and externally)
Knowledge of basic PC applications and tools (Google Workspaces, Microsoft Windows, etc.)
Must be eligible to work in the United States. All applicants who are not U.S. citizens must describe their status to work in the United States, including visa type and duration.

Compensation will range between $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience and talent.
