Balboa I

Newport Beach, CA

This Cape Cod inspired transitional custom home on the Balboa Peninsula was designed with both street and harbor in mind. The lot is a unique triangle shape with an abundance of street frontage that quickly narrows to minimal Bay frontage. We wanted to take advantage of the entire street frontage by adding rich articulation and a high level of detail to the design of the street-side exterior.
