The project site created a challenging situation for the design team with the address street sitting one floor higher than the street below. The terracing of the home conformed to the site conditions as well as helping the design benefit from the different level views. The living space is a quaint open plan featuring a great room, kitchen, dining, nook and pantry. The upper-most level houses the master suite at the front of the home and the rooftop entertainment deck toward the rear.
